Harold Ockenga (1958)
Harold Ockenga preaches a sermon at the Appalachian Preaching Mission (APM) on Monday, February 10, 1958. Ockenga speaks on how Christians following God's Law can help bring order back to society.
Ockenga served as a pastor of Park Street Church in Boston, Massachusetts. He was also a leader of the New Evangelism movement of the mid-twentieth century.
In the original audio, music leader Dean Jacoby sings "It Took A Miracle" before the sermon. This has been removed due to copyright restrictions.
In the sermon, Ockenga references Matthew 22:34-40 and Romans 13:8-10.
