Decision Cards

During a number of Preaching Mission services, ushers passed out decision cards that attendees could fill out to mark their rededications, commitments to read the Bible, accepting Jesus as Savior, or other such decisions. Below are examples of decision cards that were used during several years of the Preaching Mission, along with reports that show the number of attendees that made specific decisions. If the attendee marked they would like to join a certain church, a member of the Preaching Mission committee would provide that person's name to said church.
